We use the support system as our public contact route, so we can keep requests connected to the right order or topic and avoid publishing private return-address details on the website.

Why We Use This Data
We use personal data for these purposes:
- To process orders, payments, shipping, downloads, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer accounts.
- To provide customer support and answer questions about orders, products, sizing, downloads, payments, and accounts.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, account messages, service emails, and other necessary transactional communication.
- To send newsletters or marketing emails when you have subscribed or where the law allows this.
- To keep the webshop secure, prevent abuse, reduce spam, investigate suspicious activity, and protect the store from automated attacks.
- To improve the store, product pages, search results, checkout flow, and customer experience.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, consumer-law, and recordkeeping requirements.
Legal Grounds
We process personal data only when we have a legal ground to do so. Most order and account data is needed to perform the purchase agreement with you. Some data is required by law, for example for tax and accounting records. Some processing is based on our legitimate interests, such as store security, fraud prevention, customer service, and improving the website. Newsletter subscriptions and certain non-essential cookies are based on consent where required.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where needed for the store to work, for legal reasons, or with service providers that help us run the webshop. This may include:
- Payment providers, such as Mollie, PayPal, card processors, banks, or related payment services.
- Shipping and fulfilment providers, including PostNL and tools used to create labels, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Email, hosting, IT, security, anti-spam, and webshop service providers.
- Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google services, where these are enabled.
- Professional advisers or authorities when this is legally required or needed to protect our rights.
Cookies and Analytics
The store uses essential cookies for features such as the shopping cart, checkout, account login, security, and language or store preferences. Without these cookies, parts of the store may not work properly.
We also use analytics cookies, first-party analytics records, and similar browser storage to understand how visitors use the store and to improve pages, products, search results, checkout flow, and campaigns. Where consent is required, analytics and marketing cookies should only be used with your consent. You can also manage or delete cookies and local browser storage through your browser settings.
Our Advanced Search feature may record submitted search terms, result counts, clicked results, and search-assisted add-to-cart or purchase signals. This helps us see which search terms are useful, which terms produce no good results, and where the store search can be improved. For this attribution we use a first-party cookie and local browser storage that remember the latest relevant search for up to 7 days. This search attribution does not store payment-card details.

- Account data is kept while your account exists, unless we need to keep certain records for legal, security, or dispute reasons.
- Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a useful support history.

Your Rights
Under privacy law, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or objection to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a privacy request, contact us through the support page. We may need to verify your identity before we can act on your request, especially when it relates to an order or account.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
International Processing
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we aim to rely on appropriate safeguards required by privacy law, such as adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and unwanted disclosure. No website or system can be guaranteed to be perfect, but security is part of how we maintain the store.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Statement when the store, our services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
